Howard – just a quick note to say thank-you for the outstanding service we received this past week. We had an issue with our alarm (a door had warped, causing one of the contacts to come loose), and within a couple of hours of Carol putting in a service call, your technician was here fixing the problem.
This was yet another reminder as to why we are so pleased that Pioneer has been our alarm service provider for the past 20 years.
